ORBITSET (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) respects the privacy and security of visitors, research partners, candidates, and client organizations. This Privacy Policy sets forth our practices regarding the collection, encryption, processing, and protection of user information and transmission payloads.

2. Ingestion of Information

When you interact with our platform via contact forms, project inquiries, or job applications, we collect:

• Contact identifiers (Full name, institutional email, phone number, organization).
• Technical credentials (GitHub profiles, portfolio links, research abstracts, CV summaries).
• Network telemetry (IP address, user-agent for rate-limiting and DDoS mitigation).

3. Encryption & Zero-Leakage Guarantee

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic suites. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal contact data or submitted research proposals. Telemetry records are retained solely for mission response and administrative continuity.

4. Cookies & Browser Storage

We use strict, secure HTTP-only cookies solely for operator session authentication in the Mission Console (`/admin`). We do not deploy invasive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking scripts.
